What hours are the facility open?

You can access your unit or possessions 24 hours a day. 

 

Is the facility in an easily located area?

We are just 1.5 miles from the intersection of Hudlow Road and Route 64 north of Rutherfordton.  

 

Is the self-storage facility secure?

The site is fenced and has a locked gate, and is monitored 24/7. 

 

Are the storage units clean and dry? 

Our building is new, and we have had no issues with water or unwanted pests. 

 

Can I store a parked vehicle, boat, or RV?

We have outdoor storage parking for these items. We have plans to have covered storage for these items in the future. 

 

How can I pay for my storage use?  

You can pay by cash or check in the drop box at the facility or mail a check to the business. Venmo and PayPal payments are also available. 

 

Is there a minimum length of time that I can rent space? 

There is no minimum or maximum time required for you to rent storage.

 

Is there a credit check necessary for me to rent a storage unit? 

We do not require a credit check. 

 

What happens if my payment is late?

Everyone can forget a payment or be a bit late. We can be understanding, but if you are continuously late each month, we may ask you to leave the facility. If you are more than a month late and have not spoken to us and developed a payment plan, you will be locked out of your unit. If you miss your payments, your possessions will not be accessible to you and can be sold.

What lighting is available at the self-storage facility?

There is some lighting along the outside edges of the building, but your vehicle headlights may be necessary at night. You will need a flashlight for the interior of the unit if you are there after dark. 

 

What documents are necessary for the storage rental? 

We have a contract that you will need to sign, and we will need a photographic copy of your driver’s license.
